Laila Bidaki
Attorney & FounderDriven by a lifelong commitment to service, education, and community advocacy, Laila Bidaki brings a uniquely diverse professional and cultural background to the practice of law. As the founder of Bidaki Law Firm, Laila Bidaki focuses on probate and estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced health care directives, helping individuals and families protect their futures with compassion and clarity.
Laila Bidaki earned a Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2024, graduating Cum Laude and receiving five CALI "Excellence for the Future" Awards for academic achievement. Prior to law school, Laila Bidaki earned both a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with High Honors from California State University, San Bernardino.
With an educational foundation spanning psychology, organizational leadership, and law, Laila Bidaki approaches legal representation with a strong understanding of human behavior, communication, and client-centered advocacy. This multidisciplinary background reflects a deep passion for lifelong learning and a belief that continuous education is essential to better serving the community.
In addition to a legal and corporate leadership career, Laila Bidaki lived and worked in Seoul, South Korea as an English teacher, an experience that fostered cultural awareness, adaptability, and appreciation for diverse perspectives. Working with students and communities abroad helped shape a compassionate and globally minded approach that continues to influence both professional and personal values today.
Before founding Bidaki Law Firm, Laila Bidaki held numerous leadership roles with CVS Health throughout Southern California, including Regional Loss Prevention Manager, District Training Store Manager, and Emerging Leader/District Leader. Throughout this career, Laila Bidaki led culturally diverse teams, implemented compliance and risk management programs, improved operational performance, and maintained a strong focus on employee wellbeing and customer service.
Known for professionalism, empathy, and dedication to helping others, Laila Bidaki remains committed to continuous growth, community service, and using education and experience to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and families.
Sara Bellotti
Relationship Manager & NotarySara Bellotti is the Relationship Manager and first point of contact at Bidaki Law Firm, where she brings a people-first approach to every client interaction. With a strong background in customer service, Sara prides herself on her ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life and help clients feel heard, supported, and valued throughout their experience.
Empathetic and resourceful, she is committed to guiding clients with care from the very first phone call. If Bidaki Law Firm is unable to assist with a particular matter, Sara is often able to provide trusted personal referrals to help clients find the support they need.
She especially enjoys the opportunity to work alongside her sister, the firm's attorney, as they help guide and support others through challenging times. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her close-knit family and finding peace and inspiration in nature.
